While trapping and holding Doc Terminus was the main goal…  the players of Survivor Passamaquoddy had to deal first with the rescue of one of their own… Here is their report as “Team Hammerhead” goes

Team Remora, with the help of Lorien’s dog,  boarded Tony Caggiano’s clam boat “The Crusty Wench” and sailed out to the bay to bob for Appleton.

Kevinz of Team Sashimi decided to search around the area of the cave to see if there was anything that could give a clue to what had happened to Fred. While searching the area around the cave, he had discovered Fred’s mysterious  Eight Ball bobbing in a tide pool. Kevinz ran back to the hospital to Jeff where they asked the Eight Ball ”Will Fred Appleton be returned to us safely?” The eight ball replies  ”Outlook not so good”. Sashimi hope that the 8 ball is wrong as it was in guiding Fred to stay in the cave. Kevinz returns to the TV station in order to keep an eye on Doc T and wait for the other teams.

As for Team Piranha, they paid a visit the Elliott to give him Fred’s Survivor trading card. Piranha hoped that Elliot will be able to tell them something about Fred like he did for Lighthouse keeper Nora’s husband, Paul.

Elliott looked at the card and started dancing around the room . The Other DOC started to guess different things as if playing charades with the dragon. “lost at sea? Wearing cement shoes? Living In a yellow submarine?” Elliot kept shaking his head no and started pretending like he was putting something on his head. “Hat?” asked the Other DOC. Elliott jumped up and down excitedly to indicate the Other DOC was on the correct trail. DOC grabbed his phone and called Team Remora on “The Crusty Wench” and told them to look around the Mick’s Fishing Apprentice Bait Shop hat.

Team Remora raced over to the hat to find Fred hiding inside of it. It seems when the storm hit Fred grabbed all the “No Waleyemart” picket signs he has stashed in the cave and used them as a raft to float over to the bait shop hat and climbed inside to protect himself from the storm.

With Fred now safe, the teams regroup at the tv station to prepare their trivia challenge for Doc T.
